1. Virtual Balance

2. Full awards instantly

You will receive the prizes in your Virtual Balance instantly, and you can use the funds to continue playing or to make a withdrawal. In case of major prizes, the prize could be temporarily blocked in your account until an operator reviews it, which will happen in a very short time.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions will be renewed weekly or within the period you indicate when making the purchase. The renewal will always try to use the funds in your Virtual Balance first, and if there are not enough funds it will try to charge your alternative payment methods.
